Our Opportunity
We have an exciting 12-month parental leave opportunity for a Wholesale Investor Relations Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and strengthening relationships with Mirvac's wholesale and institutional investor base across our funds and joint ventures. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help deliver investor engagement initiatives, manage investor communications, and contribute to capital raising activities that support the continued growth of the platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting investor engagement and relationship management across wholesale and institutional investors

Coordinating scheduled engagement programs with existing and prospective investment partners

Managing and maintaining CRM systems to support investor interactions and capital activity processes

Preparing and coordinating pitch books, presentations, and investor materials

Conducting market research and capital market scans to identify potential investor opportunities

Responding to investor queries, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and client servicing requests

Supporting equity raising initiatives and the marketing of new investment opportunities

Raising awareness of the Mirvac platform and investment products within the market

Maintaining accurate records of investor discussions and providing key insights to stakeholders

Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of Mirvac and Mirvac Funds Management products and strategies

Experience
- Experience in investor relations, funds management, capital raising, client services, or the broader investment environment

Experience supporting investor enquiries, due diligence processes, and stakeholder engagement activities
Knowledge & Skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to prepare high-quality presentations, reports and investor materials

Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility across a range of internal and external stakeholders

Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling investor information and preparing presentation materials

A collaborative approach and confidence working across multiple teams and subject matter experts
