Croff Bakehouse – new location West Leederville
Croff Bakehouse is seeking an experienced and reliable Breakfast Chef to lead morning service while assisting with menu development and maintaining strong product consistency.
This role suits someone fast, organised and passionate about quality brunch food in a high-volume café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute breakfast service efficiently during peak hours
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning and presentation
- Assist in creating and refining seasonal breakfast items
- Contribute to recipe costing and food margin control
- Monitor prep levels and minimise wastage
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a breakfast/café kitchen
- Strong understanding of workflow and speed in service
- Experience with portion control and recipe standardisation
- Reliable and able to work mornings + weekends
