Responsibilities:
At Absolute Academy, we don't just enrol students — we change the trajectory of their learning journey. We're looking for a passionate, people-first Sales & Student Success Consultant who genuinely loves seeing students go from struggling to thriving.
This isn't a traditional sales role. Yes, you'll be converting enquiries into enrolments — but more importantly, you'll be the person a student or parent trusts with a real problem.
You'll listen deeply, ask the right questions, and quickly identify exactly where a student is falling behind and why. From there, you'll match them with the right programme, set clear expectations, and stay in their corner long after they've joined us.
Administration:
- Assisting students in structuring their study habits and Planning for their goals
- Talking and supporting parents on their child's learning journey
- Taking feedback from parents and students
- Assisting with in house systems to manage daily operations
Requirements:
1. Achieved a study score of 40 or above in at least one VCE subject
2. Strong knowledge of VCE Content.
3. Past Graduate of VCE (compulsory!)
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work with diverse student populations (various learning styles and abilities).
6. Reliable, punctual, and capable of travelling between our branches.
