Key Responsibilities

Provide personalised care tailored to each Service User’s unique needs

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and community access

Provide transport and support with shopping and appointments

Deliver domestic assistance such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general household tasks
-
Build warm, trusting relationships that promote independence and wellbeing
What You Bring
-
Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or Higher
-
Previous experience in home care or a related field (preferred)
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for individuals with diverse needs
-
Reliability, trustworthiness, and a vehicle suitable for travel up to 40 minutes

Flexibility to meet the varying needs of Service Users
