This is a unique opportunity to operate at both a strategic and operational level, partnering closely with senior leaders and executives to deliver high quality stakeholder engagement strategies, manage and advise on complex stakeholder issues, and influence outcomes across government, industry and community.

Your role in action:
- Lead and deliver stakeholder engagement strategies and plans supporting Pilbara and broader operational priorities.
- Provide strategic advice and high quality briefing materials for executives, government stakeholders and ministerial engagement.
- Build and manage relationships across government, industry, community and internal stakeholders - adapting your approach from local stakeholders through to government and executive audiences.
- Navigate complex and often contentious issues, identifying risks early and driving practical, outcome focused solutions.
- Coordinate engagement activities across multiple operational areas to ensure alignment, consistency and positive stakeholder sentiment.
What you’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in public policy, corporate communications, stakeholder management or government relations.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, government relations or corporate communications, ideally within energy, mining or government environments.
- Ability to understand complex, high-stakes issues and translate them into clear, actionable strategies.
- Proven experience working with senior leaders and engaging a broad range of stakeholders - from community, Traditional owner groups to executive.
- A proactive, self-driven approach - you don’t wait for direction and bring energy, clarity and confidence to your work.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style across varied audiences and environments.
