As a Lead Educator, you’ll work closely with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences while supporting and guiding your room team.
You will:

Lead & Mentor: Support and guide educators to deliver high-quality early learning programs.

Deliver Programs: Plan, implement and evaluate engaging learning experiences aligned to EYLF.

Create Safe Environments: Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing space in line with NQS and OHS requirements.

Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with children, families and team members.

Document Learning: Maintain accurate observations and learning records to track each child’s development.

Support Quality Practice: Contribute to continuous improvement and positive centre culture.

You are a confident and passionate educator who thrives in a leadership role within the room.
You bring:

Early Childhood Qualification (Diploma or equivalent ACECQA approved)

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certification
-
Foundations of Child Safety Training (mandatory)

Strong experience in early childhood education settings

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence in guiding and supporting fellow educators

A positive, proactive and team-focused mindset
