Project Manager (Retail & Business Transformation)

The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering key business projects that support our growth, operational excellence, and customer experience.
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly visible - ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and knows how to turn strategy into action.
What You Will Be Doing

Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects across retail, supply chain, people, and operations

Partner with key stakeholders including Retail, Buying, Marketing, Finance, and People & Culture

Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables

Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure projects stay on track

Drive consistency, governance, and accountability across all projects

Support the implementation of new ways of working, processes, and systems

Provide clear reporting and updates to senior leadership

Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
About You
You are commercially minded, highly organised, and confident working across all levels of a business.

Proven experience in project management (Retail or FMCG environments highly regarded)

Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

Solutions-focused with a proactive, “roll up your sleeves” mindset

Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes in evolving environments

Experience in process improvement, transformation, or change initiatives is highly desirable
