We’re looking for an experienced Barista / Café Supervisor to join our team!
We’re seeking a friendly, reliable and confident person to take charge of our morning café operations and help create a great experience for both our customers and team.
The role:
- Morning shifts with consistent hours
- Preparing high-quality coffee and maintaining excellent presentation
- Opening and setting up the café for the day
- Supervising the morning team and keeping service running smoothly
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service
- Managing day-to-day café operations when required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and presentation
- Helping with stock levels, ordering and general café organisation
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has barista experience and is confident making quality coffee
- Has previous supervisory or leadership experience (highly desirable)
- Is friendly, approachable and enjoys working with customers
- Is reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Can confidently lead and support a small team
- Can stay calm and organised during a busy morning rush
- Takes pride in delivering great coffee and excellent service
Hospitality experience is essential, and strong barista skills are a must.

Experience:
- Barista: 1 year (Preferred)
- Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- RSA (Preferred)
- Barista Certificate (Preferred)
