About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring stock integrity, and supporting the efficient movement of goods throughout the warehouse. You will work closely with warehouse operations, customer service, and management to ensure inventory processes are accurate, compliant, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.

Perform cycle counts and stock takes, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.

Monitor inbound and outbound stock movements to ensure inventory integrity.

Manage inventory transactions within the Warehouse System.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.

Produce daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and KPI dashboards.

Ensure stock rotation practices (FIFO/FEFO) are followed where applicable.

Assist with inventory planning and warehouse process improvements.

Work collaboratively with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams.

Support system implementations, scanning technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in an Inventory Controller role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.

A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
Desirable
-
Experience in FMCG, food, beverage, or third-party logistics (3PL).

Forklift Licence (LF).

Experience with barcode scanning systems and inventory reporting.
