We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Barista to join our team at Leaf Cafe & Co. Stanhope Gardens.
About the role
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take orders, operate POS, and assist with general café duties.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.
- Work confidently in a fast-paced café environment.
Key requirements
- Minimum 2+ years barista experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of extraction.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure during busy periods.
- Must be available Mondays, Fridays and Sunday.
- Availability between 8:00am – 5:00pm (café hours).
Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
