About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Casual Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide individualised support to NDIS participants in their homes and the community, helping them build independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and daily living assistance where required.

Support participants with community access and social activities.

Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, and medication prompts (where appropriate).

Implement participant support plans and work towards individual goals.

Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports.

Promote participant choice, dignity, independence, and inclusion.

Communicate effectively with participants, families, and the broader support team.
Essential Requirements

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

Current Working with Vulnerable People (or Working with Children Check, as applicable).

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Current Australian driver's licence.

Reliable, insured vehicle.

Right to work in Australia.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
-
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or a related qualification.

Previous experience supporting people with disability, mental health, or aged care.

Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours, autism, psychosocial disability, or high-intensity support needs.
