Team Leader/Supervisor Role
Do you possess the following?
- Ability to lead and motivate the team to ensure that customer experience exceeds expectations
- Ability to manage busy periods with priority on problem solving and practicality
- Work independantly during quiet times to prepare the store for peak trading
- Experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a retail environment
- Enjoy working with people
- Flexibility to work around a 7 day/night roster. Most shifts are evenings and weekends.
- Must have (or willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check (Blue card) before employment commences.
