Important: This role is only open to current university students.
We are currently looking for 2–3 student interns who are still studying at university and available for casual or part-time work. This role is designed for university students seeking hands-on marketing and communications experience while completing their studies.
Company Overview
Aussie Hybrid Solar (AHS) is the market-facing solar and battery installation service brand operated by JT Solar Technology, a Sydney-based renewable energy technology company established in 2009.
AHS delivers solar system installation, battery storage, smart energy applications, system design, commissioning and after-sales support across residential, strata, apartment, commercial and industrial projects.
We are looking for current university students to join us as Marketing & Communications Student Interns and support our clean energy marketing, content, events and partnership communications.
About the Role
This role is ideal for current university students interested in marketing, communications, public relations, social media, content creation, events and renewable energy.
You will support day-to-day marketing activities and help create content for solar, battery storage, smart energy projects and industry collaboration stories.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with social media content planning and posting.
Support the preparation of marketing materials, brochures, flyers and campaign content.
Help with PR, media communication, event materials and partnership stories.
Assist with video content, case studies, interview preparation and speaker notes.
Support LinkedIn, website, EDM and other digital marketing activities.
Help organise marketing assets, photos, project information and content records.
Support communications related to clean energy projects, research collaboration and industry events.
Who We Are Looking For
Must be a current university student.
Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media, PR, Business, Commerce or a related field.
Available for casual or part-time work while completing your studies.
Strong interest in renewable energy, sustainability, technology or innovation.
Good writing, communication and organisation skills.
Comfortable working in a multicultural team.
Proactive, reliable and willing to learn.
Experience with Canva, social media, video editing, Adobe tools or content creation is a plus.
Chinese-English bilingual ability is highly regarded.
