Distribution Centre Operator (LO Licence Required)

We're currently looking for motivated Distribution Centre Operators with a current LO Licence to join our Wacol Distribution Centre. If you enjoy being active, working as part of a team, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What We're Seeking
- Current LO (Order Picker) Licence
- Previous warehouse, distribution centre or logistics experience preferred
- Experience operating order pickers and working at heights
- Strong focus on safety and safe manual handling practices
- Ability to accurately pick and pack customer orders
- Reliable, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including manual lifting
- Ability to work across multiple warehouse functions when required
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
- Operating LO equipment to pick stock accurately and safely
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading stock as required
- Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Conducting stock replenishment and inventory tasks
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Supporting inbound, outbound and replenishment operations across the Distribution Centre
