Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programs
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and educators
- Implementation of the NQF & EYLF Programs into the Centre's educational program
- Observe and document children's development
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of EYLF & NQF with the ability to implement these into the Centre's educational program
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- At least 1+ years experience within an early childhood education setting preferred
