We’re looking for an Internal Sales / All-Rounder to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers.
Your goal: making sure every customer walks away satisfied and with the correct product for their needs.
What you’ll be doing
- Entering and processing customer orders and quotes
- Communicating with suppliers to coordinate stock and deliveries
- Handling inbound calls and responding to customer emails
- Serving customers over the counter in person
- Liaising with internal and external sales staff as needed
- Collaborating with our warehouse team — and helping out in the warehouse when required
What we’re looking for
- A friendly, approachable manner and excellent communication skills
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and switch between sales, admin, and warehouse duties
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
