Aquavue is looking for a highly reliable, motivated and customer-focused Front of House Supervisor (Evenings) to join our Leadership Team on a part-time basis.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys leading a team, and has a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences. As our Evening Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing our evening and nighttime operations, supporting the wider team, increasing night trade, and helping to grow our bar, food and events offering.
About the Role
As Front of House Supervisor (Evenings), you will be responsible for leading evening service and ensuring Aquavue continues to deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the venue.
You will work closely with the Leadership Team to support daily operations, supervise team members, drive sales, and help create a strong, positive and professional team culture.
This role will also include overseeing and running events such as birthdays, weddings, private functions and other special occasions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee evening and nighttime venue operations
- Lead, support and supervise the wider front of house team
- Help drive night trade, bar sales and food sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Aquavue’s service standards
- Provide team training in areas such as customer service, bar service, service flow and venue expectations
- Support smooth and efficient service during busy periods
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback and concerns professionally
- Assist with the running and supervision of events, including birthdays, weddings and private functions
- Act as an Aquavue brand ambassador at all times
- Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism and venue cleanliness
- Support the Management Team with leadership, communication and operational tasks as required
About You

Previous experience in a supervisory, duty manager or senior front of house role is highly regarded.
Hours of Work
This is a part-time position with a standard 4-day work week: Thursday to Sunday
Additional availability may be required for occasional out-of-hours events and public holiday coverage.
