With over 800 stores across 13 countries - and growing fast - we’re on the lookout for a passionate hospitality or retail Assistant Manager to help lead our Brand New Boost Juice Drive-Thru in Underwood.
The Role
We’re on the lookout for a passionate hospitality or retail leader with the energy and positivity to lead our team of Boosties as an Assistant Manager. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently, bringing the Boost culture to life every day and supporting your team to create amazing experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll:
- Alongside the Store Manager, lead, motivate, and coach your team of Boosties, bringing the Boost values and culture to life every day.
- Deliver an awesome customer experience and make every guest feel welcome.
- Support daily operations — including hiring, onboarding, training, rostering, stock management, and maintaining store presentation and brand standards.
- Assist the Store Business Manager in driving KPIs, sales, labour efficiency, and overall performance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant store by following and reinforcing all policies and standard operating procedures.

- A natural leader with experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail, drive-through environment — someone who thrives in a busy, fun environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for staying on top of tasks.

- Someone who leads by example, especially with presentation and uniform standards.
- Stays cool, positive, and professional, even when things get hectic.
- Flexible with rotating rosters — including nights, weekends, and public holidays — and happy to jump in wherever needed.
