DESIGNSTUFF is a growing online retailer supplying Australian customers with premium designer homewares, including our in-house labels DSIGNSTUFF and ENKEL Studio. Our success is built on a small but dedicated team that thrives on collaboration, a can-do attitude, and strong team spirit.
We are currently looking for a Part-Time E-Commerce Fulfilment & Customer Service Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on and varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working across order fulfilment, warehouse operations, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
E-Commerce Order Fulfilment
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with care and attention to detail
- Receive, check, and process incoming stock
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient warehouse environment
- Replenish shelves and support stock organisation
- Assist with general operational and warehouse tasks as required
- Support the team in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly
Customer Service
- Assist customers with Click & Collect orders
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone in a professional and friendly manner
- Help resolve customer queries and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Support communication with customers regarding orders and deliveries
Flexible Working Hours3/4 days per weekStart date: ASAP (early June is ideal)Flexible working arrangements considered for the right candidate.
About You.We’re looking for someone who is:

Skills & ExperienceExperience in customer service and/or online retail is a plus, but not essential - we’re happy to train the right person! Strong problem-solving and time-management skills are however a must. Prior experience with logistics and eCommerce platforms like Starshipit, Cin7, or Shopify is valued.
