Housekeeping Supervisor
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Tops, you’ll be more than just hands-on in cleaning and preparation. You’ll guide and support the team by setting the standard yourself. You’ll communicate daily with the Housekeeping Manager, keep workflows running smoothly, and make sure every guest space reflects the ‘home-like’ quality and care we’re known for.

Walked across our picturesque Stanwell Tops site at sunrise, taking in the sounds of the bush as you prepared the accommodation blocks and shared spaces, ready to welcome hundreds of excited school students and guests arriving for camp.
- Supported a new team member, guiding them through our housekeeping and cleaning routines and sharing not just the how, but the why—because we know a spotless room or fresh-looking hall helps set the tone for a positive guest experience.
- Stepped in alongside your team to turn around cabins quickly and to a high standard, delivering consistent cleaning outcomes while ensuring every guest space feels comfortable, safe, and welcoming.
- Worked closely with the Housekeeping Manager to check stock levels, manage linen and cleaning supplies, place orders, and update the team wiki so everyone has the information they need.
- Paid attention to the small but important details, ensuring linen is prepared and facilities are ready for each new group’s arrival, maintaining high housekeeping standards across the site.
- Played a part in preparing the site for a weekend conference, walking away knowing your behind-the-scenes work helped create a smooth, well-run environment where guests could connect, relax, and enjoy their stay.
The Essentials
- Experience in housekeeping within a hotel, resort, or similar setting

Leadership skills to mentor and support a team

Basic Microsoft/computer skills for stock ordering and documentation

A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
