About the role
As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll work across the gaming floor as part of the wider venue team, ensuring customers receive friendly, professional and compliant service.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide friendly and professional service across the gaming floor
- Ensure compliance with responsible service of gambling requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
- Assist with customer queries and general venue support
- Support the team during busy trade periods across the venue
What we’re looking for
- Experience in gaming or hospitality preferred, with a willingness to learn
- A positive, customer-first attitude
- Someone who enjoys working closely with the team in a busy hospitality environment
- Current RSA & RCG essential, ARCG preferred or willingness to obtain
- Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays

Pay: $33.00 – $46.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
