About the Role
MCA Engineering is seeking experienced Boilermakers to join our team for ongoing projects in Mt Isa. In this role, you will carry out fabrication, maintenance, installation and repair of structural steel and mining equipment while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will work closely with our site team to deliver quality outcomes across mining and industrial projects.
Starting indicative pay rates (under the Enterprise Agreement) from $55–$65 per hour plus allowances, depending on skills, experience and qualifications.

About You
-
Cert III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
- Current driver's licence with no restrictions
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Boilermaker in mining, construction or heavy industrial environments
- Experience with structural steel fabrication, installation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
- Mining experience is highly regarded
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
