About the Company:
Oyster Cosmetics Pty Ltd, trading as 'Instyle Hair Goulburn', an Australian-owned private company operating in the hair and beauty industry. We are committed to delivering professional hair services and creating a welcoming, client-focused salon environment. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hair Salon Manager to lead our team and support the continued growth of our salon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Lead, supervise and support a team of hairdressers and salon staff.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate staff rosters, appointments and workflow.
- Monitor stock levels and order professional hair products and salon supplies.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Support staff training, development and performance management.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and business development to grow the salon.
- Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming salon environment.
Requirements: The ideal candidate must hold an Advanced Diploma or Diploma with at least two years of experience in the relevant field or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
