Senior Supervisor – Flip Out (Casual)

Flip Out is looking for an energetic, take-charge Senior Supervisor to help run daily operations — from the trampoline floor to the front desk to the café. This casual role suits someone who thrives on variety and can confidently step up as Manager-on-Duty when our leader is off site.
Key Responsibilities
Manager-on-Duty Coverage
- Take full responsibility for park operations in the manager's absence
- Make on-the-spot decisions on safety, staffing, and guest issues
- Open/close the park and handle end-of-shift reporting when covering
Floor & Safety
- Enforce and monitor safety protocols across all attractions
- Conduct equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance
- Respond to incidents, injuries, or guest complaints promptly
Front Desk
- Oversee check-in, waivers, ticket sales, and party bookings
- Handle guest questions, refunds, and escalations
- Monitor capacity limits and crowd flow
Café
- Oversee food/beverage prep, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor inventory and place supply orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health codes
Team & Operations
- Supervise and guide staff across floor, desk, and café during shifts
- Assist with staff training
What You'll Bring
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience (recreation, hospitality, retail, or food service)
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions without a manager present
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays — casual role, hours vary by roster

Pay: $31.00 – $42.00 per hour
