Various shift times working either 10,11 or 11.5 hours
Remuneration range - $80,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation
QLD Australian sites available across Ernest Henry, Bauxite Hills, Ravenswood, Ensham, Baralaba, Jellinbah, Clarke Creek, Lake Vermont, Cracow, and Archers Village.
Cater Care Services are seeking experienced mine site cleaners to join our remote camps across QLD. You will work 14 days on and have 7 days off (with meals, uniforms and accommodation included), giving you a real opportunity to save and improve your work/life balance.
What does a day in the life of a FIFO Mine site cleaner look like?
Cleaning of offices, ablution blocks and crib areas
Dusting and wiping of office and kitchenette surfaces
Vacuuming and mopping
Emptying rubbish bins
Safe handling of chemicals
Replenishing stock
Driving light vehicle around site
Laundry
Repetitive, physical tasks, including heavy lifting and bending
Assists the on-site broader team as required
Demonstrate a strong safety culture
Skills and Experiences:
Requirements:
Current Australian driver's license
6-12 months mine site cleaning experience
Police clearance (within 6 months)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
Commercial cleaning experience (desirable)
