As the Business Operational Governance & Performance Senior Manager, you will be at the heart of our Tech Hub, empowering Australian businesses to create value and achieve their technology-driven goals. By leading operational governance and performance, you will transform our technology capabilities, ensuring our strategic priorities are supported by insightful data, robust governance, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly influence how we protect against risk and simplify our ways of working, ultimately driving the operational excellence required to deliver high-impact technology solutions.

Develop and operationalise governance frameworks and reporting rhythms that provide executive-ready insights for the Technology Leadership Team and other key stakeholders.
Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 professionals to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and high-quality operational reporting.
Drive Lean process improvement projects to simplify workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational effectiveness across the Tech Hub.
Coordinate key engagement activities, including town halls and leadership forums, while managing the Tech Hub business continuity plan to ensure operational resilience.
Senior experience in operational reporting, performance management, governance, or technology business operations.
Proven ability to design and embed governance frameworks and performance management disciplines within a complex environment.
Strong capability in producing executive-level presentations, committee papers, and reporting packs for senior leadership.
Demonstrated experience leading small teams responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and operational deliverables.
Lean process improvement certification or demonstrated equivalent capability in driving process efficiency.
Experience supporting business continuity planning and operational readiness processes within a technology or business operations environment.
