This is not a regular retail job! A big part of our business is the customization of clothing (aka uniforms) and merchandise. This role will be assisting customers in bringing their Brand to Life! We have an inhouse branding team with top of the line embroidery and printing equipment. You will work closely with clients and our branding team to supply amazing customized products!
- Above all provide excellent customer service to our retail customers to ensure repeat business - An amazing customer service experience will ensure future growth of the business
- To promote and sell the products and services of the business
- Maintain a clean and well presented showroom by cleaning and merchandising regularly
- Stock management – ensure we have adequate stock levels in the showroom
- Store Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm* (*until 4.30pm on Fridays) and Saturdays 9am to 12pm - this role is full time and will require one Saturday shift per month.
Day to Day:
- Greet/Sell to walk in customers to provide product and service solutions
- Process customer sales and orders
- Process customer quotes and follow up as required
- Manage and track branding orders; ensure customer stitch-outs/embroidery/branding is completed in a timely and professional manner
- Generate mock ups for customers using templates and ai.
- Regularly review ongoing jobs to ensure they're tracking along efficiently
- Put out stock, merchandise and restock floor stock and review low stock items
- Follow up customer enquiries
- Liase with the back office/branding department and client to ensure jobs (such as artwork approvals) are progressing
- Support other team members where required
Week to Week:
- Check stock in store room for ordering purposes
- Dust/Tidy up/merchandise floor stock where needed
- Complete regular product training to ensure knowledge is up to date with new product lines and health and safety requirements – Strong product knowledge is key to maximising sales
- Constantly look for new opportunities to grow the business through leads from customers/networks
Skills:
- Very strong admin and data keying skills - an advantage if you can demonstrate this skill from previous roles
- Strong Computer Skills - Competent at Word, Excel, Outlook, AI
- Strong communication skills – able to communicate well with all types of customers. Our customer base is everyone from tradies to large corporates so being able to communicate well with all types of people is key!

- A team player, reliable and honest
- Must not have any working visa restrictions
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience required

Pay: $25.00 – $37.00 per hour
