Looking for staff - Supporting Hands Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable Support Worker to join our dedicated team. This is an immediate-start opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment and is available across weekdays and weekends.
Hours: 5-25 hours/week | Casual | Flexible across 7 days
As a support worker you’ll be making a real difference every day — providing personalised care and support to people with diverse needs. Whether it’s helping someone get out and about, supporting with daily tasks, or just being a friendly face they can rely on, your role will be all about empowering others to live life on their terms.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting clients with their daily routines and activities
- Encouraging independence and building confidence
- Providing emotional and social support
- Assisting with personal care and mobility (when needed)
- Helping clients stay connected with their community
What we’re looking for:
- A kind heart and a positive attitude
- Experience in Mental Health
- Great communication and people skills
- Relevant qualifications (or willingness to obtain them)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, and Driver’s Licence
- Experience is awesome, but passion and empathy go a long way!
