Berwick City is currently seeking two experienced New Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our growing team!
Whether you're passionate about the award winning Kia range or excited by the opportunity to represent Nissan and GWM, we're looking for sales professionals who enjoy the challenge of the sale, know how to build relationships and are motivated by achieving results.
A Day in the Life
You'll manage the customer journey from enquiry through to delivery, building relationships, conducting test drives and helping customers find the right vehicle.
You'll stay on top of your opportunities, maintain regular contact with customers and create an experience that builds trust and drives results.
Working closely with our Finance and Aftercare team, you'll ensure customers are presented with the full range of ownership solutions while maximising every opportunity within the sales process.
About You
You understand that success comes from consistent effort, strong follow up, asking for the business and making the most of every opportunity.
You know how to build rapport quickly, ask the right questions and guide customers towards a confident buying decision.
You enjoy being proactive, creating opportunities and converting them into results. You understand that the people who achieve the most are often the people who earn the most.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous dealership sales experience and a proven ability to build relationships, convert opportunities and achieve results.
A current and valid driver's licence is essential.
