About the role and where you will be working:
We are seeking an experienced HRMIS Data Migration Analyst to play a critical role in the implementation of our new Dayforce platform. Working within the Technology team and reporting to the Applications Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end migration of HR and payroll data from legacy systems, including PayGlobal, into Dayforce, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and alignment with future-state business requirements.
This is a full time fixed term role until August 2027.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Leading the end to end migration of HR and payroll data from legacy systems into Dayforce. Identifying, extracting, cleansing, mapping, transforming and loading data into the target system.

Working with HR subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure data quality, completeness and accuracy throughout the migration process.
- Developing and maintaining data mappings aligned to Dayforce structures, business rules and future state requirements.
- Collaborating with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and Integration teams to support system design and data flow requirements.
- Leading data testing activities, including migration, transformation, interface and integration testing.
- Validating data integrity and reconciliation outcomes post migration.
- Supporting reporting requirements to enable migration validation, reconciliation and ongoing integration accuracy.
- Identifying, tracking and resolving data issues, risks and inconsistencies that may impact project delivery and user adoption.
- Building strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
About you:
You are a highly analytical and detail oriented data professional who thrives in complex project environments. You have a strong understanding of HR and payroll data structures and enjoy working across both technical and business teams to deliver practical, high quality solutions.
You are an excellent communicator with the ability to translate business requirements into data driven outcomes. Proactive, collaborative and solutions focused, you take ownership of your work and are passionate about maintaining data quality and integrity while supporting large scale business transformation initiatives.
To be considered for this role you’ll need:
- Demonstrated experience in HRMIS implementations or large scale system projects (Dayforce experience highly regarded).
- Advanced SQL skills, including experience with queries, joins, CTEs and stored procedures.
- Strong experience in data migration, data cleansing, mapping and transformation activities. Proven ability to work effectively across technical teams and business stakeholders. Well-developed analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
