- Project Management: Lead and coordinate subsurface tower construction and maintenance projects from initiation through completion. Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines while ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management. Ensure all subsurface work aligns with project specifications, safety standards, and legal requirements.
Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and field personnel to ensure optimal performance and adherence to best practices. Foster a collaborative environment and promote continuous learning and development within the team.
Provide technical expertise in subsurface tower operations, including geotechnical analysis, foundation design, and structural integrity. Manage and monitor subsurface investigations, including soil testing, seismic surveys, and other necessary assessments.
Ensure all subsurface activities comply with local, national, and international regulations, as well as corporate safety standards. Develop and implement safety procedures to reduce risk and promote a culture of safety within the team and across the project.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Maintain accurate and detailed records of subsurface work, including logs, engineering reports, and inspection results.
Work closely with other engineering disciplines (e.g., structural, electrical, marine) to ensure seamless integration of subsurface tower systems. Engage with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure necessary materials and services.
