Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
- Build strong relationships with customers and handle enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Lead by example and foster a customer-first culture within the team.
Operations & Service
- Menu Development: Assist with creating and designing seasonal menus with a focus on quality, creativity, and profitability, ensuring offerings appeal to our target market and align with current food trends.
- Ordering & Cost Control: Manage food and beverage ordering, monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and maintain targeted cost of goods percentages to support venue profitability.
- Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and ensure the timely delivery of quality products and ingredients.
- Quality Control: Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard. Maintain quality, portion control, and consistency across all menu items.
Health & Safety
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations.
