About Us
Galileo Ministerios Technology provides tailored technological infrastructure and operational support designed specifically for the non-profit sector. Operating out of our Adelaide CBD office, we assist purpose-driven organizations in maximizing their digital capabilities so they can focus on delivering impactful community initiatives across South Australia.
The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Non-Profit Systems Specialist to oversee the deployment, customization, and daily administration of our clients' core operational platforms. This role bridges the gap between technical infrastructure and community impact, ensuring that donor management databases, fundraising portals, and volunteer tracking tools run smoothly and securely.
Core Duties
- System Administration: Configure and maintain specialized non-profit CRM environments, donor tracking systems, and integrated digital donation platforms.
- Data Migration & Quality Assurance: Execute secure data transfers, conduct regular database cleansing, and audit incoming data streams to prevent duplication and ensure information accuracy.
- Integration Support: Monitor, test, and troubleshoot API connections and data synchronization pathways linking main databases with email marketing tools and financial payment gateways.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build custom queries and generate automated reporting dashboards that allow non-profit leadership teams to track donor retention, campaign performance, and regional outreach metrics.
- User Training: Create straightforward documentation and provide technical guidance to non-technical organizational staff to improve platform adoption and data entry consistency.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing, configuring, or troubleshooting database architectures, with a strong preference for individuals who have worked directly with non-profit CRMs or community service platforms.
- Solid experience handling complex data manipulation, mapping out user workflows, and diagnosing system integration anomalies.
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to explain technical functionalities to non-technical users clearly and patiently.
- Work Authorization: Applicants must possess full, unrestricted legal working rights in Australia to be considered for this permanent position.
