IT Project Manager – AI & Technology
Sydney CBD | Full-time | Office-based
We’re a growing company working across AI and emerging technology, and we’re creating a new IT Project Manager role as our project work expands.
This is a newly created position, not a replacement role. You’ll join at a stage where you can help shape how projects are planned, managed and delivered, while receiving support from a collaborative internal team.
About the role
This role would suit an experienced Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager who is ready to take greater ownership.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to coordinate and deliver technology projects from beginning to end. This will include setting priorities, tracking progress, managing timelines, keeping people informed and helping to resolve issues as they arise.
You won’t be expected to manage a large portfolio from day one. Instead, you’ll be given the opportunity to learn the business, take responsibility for individual projects and gradually expand the role as the company grows.
It’s a practical, hands-on position for someone who enjoys bringing structure to projects, working closely with people and helping a team move things forward.
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in project coordination or project management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- The ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- A genuine interest in AI, technology and new ways of working
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- A willingness to take ownership, ask questions and work through challenges with the team
You don’t need to be a highly experienced Project Manager. We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation who is ready to take the next step and grow into the position.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
