Casual Disability Support Worker – Narellan Vale
Kare4 Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable Casual Disability Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a young participant in the Narellan Vale area.
Hours
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Approximately 18 hours per week
There may be opportunities for additional shifts as Kare4’s participant base grows.
About the Role
The successful applicant will provide individualised support focused on promoting independence, participation and community engagement.
Duties may include:
- Personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Community access and recreational activities
- Supporting participation in activities of interest
- Providing appropriate behavioural support in accordance with the participant’s support plan
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Maintaining professional progress notes and documentation
- Working collaboratively with the participant, family and Kare4
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is patient, engaging, reliable and confident working independently.
Applicants should have:
- Experience working in disability support
- Experience with personal care
- Confidence supporting participants with behavioural support needs
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current driver’s licence
- Reliable and insured vehicle
- Relevant Certificate III/IV qualification in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent experience preferred

Casual position
Approximately 18 hours per week
$40–$42 per hour + superannuation, subject to experience, qualifications and applicable SCHADS Award classification.
Location
Narellan Vale / Macarthur, NSW
