We are seeking motivated General Factory Hands to join our growing team in Braeside. We have both permanent full-time and casual positions available, offering great opportunities for candidates seeking stable, ongoing work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling and manufacturing metal components
- Packing completed orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
- General factory cleaning and housekeeping
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Assisting with production tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be comfortable working independently once trained
- Have mechanical aptitude and experience using hand or power tools
- Be reliable, punctual, and committed to a long-term position
- Take pride in producing quality work
- Be able to follow instructions and retain training
- Be physically fit and capable of repetitive manual lifting
- Have full Australian work rights
- Have a current forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
