What the Role Looks Like
Supporting children with developmental concerns through a key worker approach.
Working in partnership with families to build their capacity, confidence and skills.
Celebrating progress and supporting children and families to achieve meaningful goals.
Working alongside community settings to promote meaningful participation, inclusion and engagement in age-appropriate activities and experiences.
Providing capacity-building support to preschools as part of the Preschool Boost Program.
Contributing to a culture of continuous learning and sharing your Speech Pathology expertise with the wider Early Childhood Team.
Enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work model, with time split between our hubs, community settings and home-based administration.
Skills and Experiences:
What You Bring
Qualifications: A recognised degree in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
Passion: A genuine commitment to supporting children and families, with a collaborative and team-first approach.
Community Focus: Confidence working in community-based settings and a desire to deliver therapy where it matters most.
Driver’s Licence: A current Australian Driver’s Licence.
