Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Bartender to join our team and help create a lively, memorable experience for our guests. As a Bartender, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and offering exceptional service to all customers.
We will cross train our bartenders to fulfill other roles in the business during quite periods. This role is ideal for a team player who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and mixers according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with guests to provide a welcoming experience, answer questions about the menu, and recommend drinks based on customer taste and preference.
- Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain an organized the till.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, stocked, and organized, including washing glassware and restocking as needed.
- Complete all relevant checklists daily to ensure the bar is always stocked and ready.
- Check customer identification to confirm legal drinking age.
- Uphold all health, safety, and licensing regulations along with cleaning checklist to maintain the high standards of the business
- Work closely with the bar team and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology skills, with a willingness to learn our unique cocktail menu.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high-pressure environment and work efficiently in a busy bar setting.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or willingness to obtain it prior to starting.
