ABOUT YOU:
As an outstanding Scrub/Scout Nurse, you are a confident, compassionate and adaptable RN who thrives in a fast paced perioperative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care,
Your skills and experience include:
Experience as a scrub scout nurse and an eagerness to learn and grow in the speciality of orthopaedics
Current AHPRA registration
Working knowledge of ANZCA, ACORN and NSQHS Standards
A post graduate certificate (or working towards) in Perioperative Nursing is highly desirable
Flexibility to work varying days/hours to meet the operational needs of the hospital and to participate in a rotating roster (6 day rotating roster)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing clinical demands
Excellent communication, teamwork, time management and interpersonal skills
Reliable and committed to a high standard of clinical and patient focused care.
