What We’re Offering
- Permanent, part-time role (30.40 hours per week)
- $79,932 to $90,597 per annum pro-rata, depending on qualifications and experience

About the Role
As part of our Human Resources team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our people and organisational culture. Every day brings something different, from providing administrative support, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, to maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance, all whilst helping to create a positive workplace experience for all. The preferred roster for this position is 30.40 hours per week to be worked across Monday to Thursday.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Previous experience in providing Human Resources administrative support
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to stay calm and solution-focused
- Strong administration skills and experience in a busy environment
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other applications
- Certificate IV, Diploma in business administration/HR, or progression towards a tertiary qualification (desirable)
- A passion for making a positive impact in the workplace
- National Police Clearance
