We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and Cook food as per recipes.
-Assisting Head Chef in planning menus, estimating food requirements, and managing food preparation.
-Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen according to food safety standards.
-Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
-Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience of at least 1 year as a cook, preferably in Indian cuisine.
-Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and spices.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently, and as a part of a team, and maintain a timely, positive, and enthusiastic approach under times of pressure.
-High personal hygiene standards.
-Commitment to interact with clients and staff in a positive, courteous and respectful manner.

Pay: $77,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
