Retail Cleaning Operative Full-Time – Morayfield Shopping Centre
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Cleaning Operative to join our team at a premium retail site in Morayfield QLD. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality daily cleaning services while maintaining a strong customer service focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Hold an unrestricted Driver’s Licence
- Able to work a Monday to Friday morning roster
About You:
- High level of personal presentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong mobility and ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Positive, friendly attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in using a carpark sweeper is highly regarded but not essential.
