Qualified Baker / 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice
Bakers Delight Casey Central is looking for the newest member to join our team!
We are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic and passionate baker who takes pride in producing quality bread and delicious products for our customers.
Qualified Bakers are encouraged to apply, and 2nd or 3rd Year Baking Apprentices may also be considered.

About the Role
As a Qualified Baker, you will be responsible for:
- Baking and presenting high-quality products to meet customer needs
- Weighing ingredients and mixing and processing doughs
- Baking products in a deck oven and monitoring product quality
- Merchandising the shop front and assisting with customer service
- Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised bakery
- Assisting with stock control and managing production expenses
- Working efficiently in a busy production environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a Certificate III in Retail Baking (Bread Making), or be a current 2nd or 3rd Year Baking Apprentice
- Have a genuine passion for baking
- Take pride in producing consistently high-quality products
- Be a reliable, punctual and hardworking team player
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Be comfortable with early starts — from 3:00am and be available to work weekends, and have full availability over Christmas & Easter
- Have strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Have your own reliable transport
Previous Bakers Delight experience is preferred but not essential.
