Thor’s Hammer is looking for a skilled Senior Joiner & Installer who loves working with solid timber and has the on site skills to efficiently install joinery when required.
Once you get up to speed with our production methods you’ll be taking on making our more complex custom pieces and one-offs in our joinery work, and also getting out on site when needed to install doors, benchtops and custom shelving units.
We’re after someone who:
Has extensive trade experience and good references
Knows how to balance quality with efficiency – hitting deadlines without cutting corners
Is confident with both hand tools and machines, with an eye for detail and accuracy
Has excellent problem solving skills
Experience guiding or training others, and keeping an assistant on trackIf you enjoy making high-quality joinery and furniture with top of the line equipment and machinery, and you like the on site challenges that the occasional install brings, this role will give you plenty of satisfaction and keep your skills honed.
What’s on offer:
Full-time role with a pay range of $40 to $45 per hour + super
