About the role
This role sits within our Wealth Management business, supporting the day-to-day operation of offices across Australia.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll help keep our workplaces running smoothly — from responding to staff requests through to coordinating contractors, managing maintenance and supporting office moves. It’s a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving, with regular interaction across the business.
What you’ll be responsible for
Manage the facilities inbox, responding to staff requests across maintenance, equipment and general office needs
Provide hands-on support for minor repairs and day-to-day workplace fixes
Coordinate contractors and trades across multiple office locations
Support maintenance schedules, inspections and compliance activities
Program and manage access cards for staff, contractors and visitors
Monitor CCTV systems and assist with incident reviews when required
Assist with office relocations and internal workspace changes
Process contractor invoices and maintain accurate records
Conduct floor walks to ensure cleaning and WHS standards are met
Support building works, shutdowns and communications to staff
About you
Experience in facilities coordination or a similar corporate environment
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable managing competing requests across multiple locations
Strong stakeholder skills, with a service-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Relevant qualification in Facilities, Property or Building Services (or equivalent experience)
