A Project Manager at PlanCare is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that support the company's digital healthcare and aged care services. The role manages projects involving technology implementations, process improvements, platform enhancements, regulatory compliance, and operational initiatives. The Project Manager works closely with executive leadership, product managers, software developers, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives. This position is essential in improving the efficiency of PlanCare's healthcare platform and enhancing the experience of clients, carers, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, product, and healthcare staff.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Communicate project updates and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project planning sessions.
- Ensure project deliverables comply with healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate system implementations, software upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support organizational change management and user adoption of new systems and processes.
- Conduct post-project reviews and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
Pay: From $10,500.00 per month
