MACSEYE is looking for an experienced OSHC or children's services leader to join us as the Coordinator of our Brighton OSHC service.
You'll lead a small, dedicated team, build strong relationships with children and families, and help create engaging programs where every child feels safe, included and excited to be there.

Permanent Part-Time $41–$45/hr + Super + Allowances
Rostered Hours
Morning: 7:00 am – 9:00 am
Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
️ Plus: 2 hours of admin time per week

Duties

Lead & Develop Your Team – Mentor, support, and inspire your team of Educators
- Deliver Outstanding Programs – Plan and deliver engaging, child-led, and age appropriate activities
- Prioritise Safety & Wellbeing – Maintain a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.
- Build Strong Community Connections – Develop trusted relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider MACSEYE team.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance – Maintain high standards across programming, administration, documentation, and regulatory compliance to keep your service running smoothly.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-recognised) - Completed or In Progress

Experience in childcare, OSHC, or early childhood settings

Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Strong communication and a collaborative, team-focused approach
