RequirementsValid Driver’s LicenceWhite Card (General Construction Induction)Working at Heights certificationProven experience in tile and metal roof maintenance
What You’ll DoRoof Repairs: Inspect, repair, and replace roof tiles (concrete, terracotta, and slate).Metal Work: Repair and replace metal sheeting, flashings, and caps.Leak Detection: Diagnose and fix roof leaks accurately.Roof Maintenance: Re-bed and re-point ridge cappings.Waterproofing: Install flashings (valley, apron, step, chimney) and seal penetrations, vents, and skylights.Safety & Standards: Work safely at heights and ensure all work meets building codes.Customer Service: Communicate clearly and politely with clients and team members.
