Growing Bakery in Chullora is seeking individuals to join our teams.
As an all-Australian and family-owned wholesale bakery, our team handcrafts products us, ensuring that we meet the highest standards in our SQF and HACCP-accredited kitchens.
We are also seeking Machine Operators to work on our fast-paced production lines. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided to successful candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Mix and prepare products in accordance with recipes, specifications, and production schedules.
- Prepare ingredients and complete batching activities for production.
- Decant and repack products including cakes, brownies, banana breads, and other bakery products according to production requirements.
- Handle, pack, and present products with care to maintain quality standards.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation as required.
- Assist with stock handling, ingredient rotation, and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Follow all food safety, quality, health, and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
- Assist with general production, packing, and cleaning duties as required.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous food manufacturing, bakery, or production experience is desirable but not essential.
Hours: 4am to 12pm / 5am to 1pm / 1pm to 9pm
