We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide services to both NDIS participants and Aged Care clients in their homes and within the community.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, supporting others, and bringing positivity into everyday life.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will support participants with daily living activities and encourage independence, confidence, and community participation.
Your duties may include:
- Personal care support including showering, dressing, toileting, and transfers
- Domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, linen changes, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Community access including shopping, appointments, social outings, and recreational activities
- Transporting participants using your own vehicle
- Supporting skill development, social connection, and employment goals
- Working collaboratively with families, carers, and support networks
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- A strong communicator who can follow instructions well
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills
- Passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling lives
Requirements
- Relevant experience preferred
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability Support, EN or RN qualification (or equivalent)
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current NDIS Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
